Preparing Your Trash:

1. Trash MUST be bagged in 13 gallon bags and the bag MUST be tied.
2. Place your trash outside your apartment door after 7 but before 8 p.m.
3. Limit of 2 bags of trash per day with a 25 pound weight limit on each bag.
4. Do not put broken glass or sharp objects in the bags for the safety of your valet.
5. We do not take furniture, televisions, large boxes, etc.

Preparing Your Recycling:

1. Use a blue bag to differentiate between trash and recycling.
2. The bag must be tied and weigh less than 25 lbs.
3. Containers must be rinsed.
   1. the only plastics we currently recycle are types 1 and 2.
   2. look for a number in the recycle symbol for its type.
