At DVS you’re not going to get some minimum wage worker with a poor attitude. Our small size allows our owner to take pride in the work by being able to monitor work of the employees, assuming he doesn’t perform the work himself.

Your complex will be serviced 5 days a week, snow, rain or shine, (we stay indoors for tornadoes, sorry) allowing for the community to always look its best. The bags are placed outside after the office closes to prevent perspective tenants from having to see the trash.

Our services include regular litter cleanup from your entire property.

Soon we will also offer to clean up after pesky tenants who don’t pick up after their pets. Our services use a third party to identify the pets with a DNA cheek swab followed by comparing waste to the pet waste that we clean up allowing the fines to be placed on the pet owners.
