When in an area, a Litter Gitter will record littering occur as well as clean it up. Not a tough concept. We will then collect information about the situation, and then send a bill to the individual for services.

In Missouri, the penalty for littering is $1,000, not to mention the additional time that the individual will have to spend cleaning up litter, and the criminal record that goes along with it.
